Earlier this year I got back into brewing after about 10 years away. Still kept my kettles and kegs. Back then I had worked up to 10 gallon batches in keggle, to chill I had a plate chiller.
I’m now doing just 5 gallon batches in my 32 quart kettle chilling with an immersion chiller recirculating ice water with a pond pump. I’m making prep to get back to the bigger keggle but the little immersion chiller isn’t going to fit and I don’t really want a plate chiller again. I would like to know what your immersion chillers look like if your a keggle brewer.
