Just started my 2nd batch of Cider. SG of 1.050

6 gallons Kirkland Apple Juice
1 pouch Mangrove Jack M02
3tsp nutriants

I am shooting for a simple cider around 5-6%. :ban:
 
Racked today to another 6gal crboy. There was a very small yeast cake maybe 1/4 inch thick.
 
Is this headspace going to be ok? I have just about 5gal in a 6gal carboy. Its slowly bubbling. I have an extra gal of juice I could add if needed.

Its at 1.010 right now after 7 days.

Started to keg this cider and it taste horrible. I think it oxidized when I racked it the first time. It splashed a lot and then went into the fridge to cold crash and today it's just horrible...

I thought something was up when it turned cloudy after I racked it. It tasted like throw up...
 
Mine tasted like puke. Maybe it wasnt oxidation. But it sure went from being ok to horrible in 2 weeks.
