I brewed the Tallgrass Buffalo Sweat Stout AG from NB but just realized (4 days into fermentation) that I pitched 1450 - Denny's Favorite instead of 1335 - British Ale II.

Kind of bummed but that's the way it goes!

Now I just have to create another recipe for the 1335 :)

1450 is a great yeast - I've used it in some awesome stouts, and I bet yours'll turn out great. No worries.

It will probably change the flavor profile, but as JonM stated it will probalby still be really good. You could always brew the exact same recipe but use the 1335 as you intended to see how much the yeast does affect the flavors as future refrence.
