just finished a Honey Porter

9 lbs two malt
.75 lbs chocolate malt
.5 lbs Honey malt
1 oz Willamette hops (60 min)
.75 oz Cascase hops (15 min)

I'm excited to see how this one turns out. I hit 1.056 on my SG and I'm using london III yeast.

no honey? i put a pound of honey in a wit i just made

Honey malt. Honey will dry the beer out, no good for a porter........ Plus I am hoping this recipie gets scaled up to be used at a local brew pub.
