16 batches in and just can't stop. Totally addicted. Made the switch to AG recently. I will try to attach images of the new DIY brew stand and a DIY mash paddle out of a piece of ash and a keg spout. Let me know what you think. Next brew is going to be an Avery Maharaja clone. Anyone made one? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Love that mash paddle, I was just looking at the cut tops of my kegs and wondering what I was ever going to use them for. Avery makes some damn good beer. I wish I could help you out with a recipe but my IIPA doesn't taste very close to Maharaja. Its real damn good don't get me wrong but I must use way different hops that they do at Avery.
