It's hard to make a beer go flat while tring to keep it from oxidizing

Because I'm a mad scientist, and my brew club has categories for "things". I am trying to get a weiss beer to go flat, so I can infuse it with spices, then re-prime it and let it battle carb.

It is not easy to get a beer to go flat, when you're trying to keep it from oxidizing at the same time!
