I made the wort a week ago Saturday and it was fermenting pretty good for a few days with at least 1 bubble a second. Now it is over a week and I am still getting about 2 bubbles a minute. Think it is to early to go to secondary? I am making a strawberry ale and expecting another ferment from the strawberries. Most of the yeast dropped but there is still some foam on top. House is about 66-68 and I had a sweater wrapped around the carboy.

Go ahead and rack it. A week is a good time to rack. It can finish fermenting in the secondary. Leave it in the secondary for at least 2-3 weeks or maybe rack it again after the strawberries are fermented and give it a week or two to mellow.
