Is it a brew-sin to "wine thief" your beer for a hydro reading then drink it... then do another hydro reading a few minutes later (sanitized thief or course), and so on... I think I should just bottle NOW!

I can see the new thread: I'm puzzled, I only got 10 bottles of beer from my 5gal batch! What gives?!

Well, it clearly means you've made really good beer. I wouldn't think you need to go to confession just yet, so long as you don't introduce contamination.
