Hello from Switzerland!
I just "brewed" my first homebrew from extract, but would like to get deeper and start properly brewing. I am an avid and developed sourdough baker so at some point will like to try my starter instead of yeast, but first I need to get a grip of the basics. Looking forward to learning and eventually - contributing :)
