Inline regulators for kegerators?

What is everyone using for inline C02 regulators for their keezers? The duotight ones are out till god knows when and all i see is the metal ones left? Is everyone using those for bigger keezers? I plan to have 8 gets all staying carbed up in mine. Thanks all.
