I'm new to electric brewing and currently use a 120v biab system. I want to start sparging to improve efficiency and I already have a spare kettle with a 120v 1600w element in it. Can anyone recommend a controller so I can set the sparge temp and not think about until I'm ready? I was considering the Inkbird but I'm not sure if it is safe to do so.
