Hello all beer lovers... I am attempting to create a beer I fell in love with in Mexico. INDIO, I have searched high and low and have not found much information. I am not able to purchase Indio in the states so I will be attempting to make Indio until I get it right.

Any help with a recipe for this beer would be awesome, it does not matter your methods I can brew it using a # of different methods.

I will link a forum post that I was able to find on NB's forum.

I highly recommend it. I will post a recipe if I am successful...

I think I have found a recipe that will be very close to the Original. This is not my own production and I would like to thank Ken Lenard for his assistance and the creation of the recipe Bordertown Dark Lager.

Check out his website with a bunch of great recipes and info: http://www.freewebs.com/kenlenard/recipes.htm

Here is a picture of the recipe directly from Ken's site.

I will be attempting this recipe in the next few weeks...

Updates to follow.

Salud!
