Any one have a good website for Indian recipes?

I use thewoksoflife.com for most Chinese, Maangchi.com for Korean, BBQ is thesmokering.com I think, seriouseats for at least general idea of how I want to cook something ect.

Obviously none of these are comprehensive and I use other sites but they are great place to start or compare.

In fact if you use a good website for any regional food feel free to share.

My favorite Mexican food website is https://pinaenlacocina.com/. The Tacos con Sabor “Al Pastor” (Quesadillas Gringas) is just amazing.

I have posted my favorite Goan Vindaloo recipe as a PDF here and it is on google at https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&rct...-pdf.395262/&usg=AOvVaw3Shn88uZP1Xc7RsxDV6pst

There are some real Indian recipe gems at http://curryhouse.co.uk/recipes/index.html. Their recipes tend to be versions of UK Indian restaurant recipes rather than true Indian recipes, but many are fantastic. In particular they have a Sumatran Beef Rendang recipes that I have been cooking for years that is amazing. I alway double that one.

I like the site http://maunikagowardhan.co.uk/ but I have only tried a few of her recipes. Those that I have tried have been very good.

I transcribe all the UK and India recipes into US weights and measures, and you have to be careful with ingredients that have different names in UK and India from those used in the US. Things like tomato puree in the UK is tomato paste in the US, etc.
