Anyone have a good proven IIPA extract recipe?

I'm about to do a Belgian IPA, pretty much a Belgian tripel with some added hoppies both during the boil and a dry hop. Never had it before but I'm given it a wirl. I make the Belgian tripel and love it, figured I'd hop the mofo up and see what gives. Just sucks having to wait MONTHS for these stupid Belgians to age.
