Hello all. Just playing around with beersmith and wanted to try making a recipe. Just asking for any advice/tweaks that would be good for this petticoat style. I'm still pretty green in the brewing world.

8 oz Crystal 40L
8 oz Crystal 60L
2 lbs Light DME (preboil)
1 oz Columbus 60 min
1 oz Cascade 30 min
1 oz Citra 7min
6.6 lbs pale LME 15 min
2 lbs Light DME 15 min
1 oz Cascade Dry Hop
Safale US-05 yeast

Abv 9.08%
IBU 101
Color 14.6 srm

Add more hops and substitute ~1.5 lbs of corn sugar in for 2 lbs of DME. And try to do a full boil in order to get as much bitterness as you can. I would say at least double all of the hops (except maybe the 60 min), move the 30 min to 15 min, and the 7 min to flameout. Maybe think about doing a hopstand as well.
