The ultimate question...
If you could have one lager yeast... What would it be?
Looking to open a brewpub, probably within two years. Would like to have three lagers in my list of eight house beers, a Bohemian Pilsner, Premium American Lager, and a Munich Dunkel.
Is there a lager yeast I could use for all three, or is the yeast character important to those styles?
