I've been brewing cider for around 6 months in 1 gallon amounts. Last weekend I bought some 2 gallon food buckets and turned 2 into fermenters and 1 into a fermenter / bottling bucket.
Here they are: back right is cranberry - apple cider, back left is an IPA kit and front is a Norteast pale ale. This is my first attempt at beer (so I bought some kits). I started with an S shaped airlock but the ferment was too active, so I put some blow off tubes in. The one gallon bottles have JAOM (also my first attempt at it).
The bottles on the higher shelf are previous batches of bottle conditioning cranberry and apple cider.
I'm really liking this hobby
