I'm trying to clean up my brewing pantry. You tell me what to brew with these?
This is what I got:

6# smoked (Weyermann)
1# biscuit
1# chocolate rye
1# black patent
1# Munich
1# roasted
1# carapils
2# crystal
0.5# chocolate
1# flaked rye
1# flaked buckwheat
~20# 2-row

hops: Belma, Cascade, Amarillo, Centennial, Willamette, Hallertau, Styrian Goldings.

yeast US-05 and S-33

I was thinking about Smoked Porter, or Rye Porter, but I would need to get more Munich. What else?

It looks like you have the makings of a good apa or ipa or rye apa or ipa. You have th ingredients to make a black rye apa or ipa too.
2-row
munich
(possibly add rye)
biscuit
crystal
(possibly add roasted/black patent)

Agree with above. Leave out anything dark. Bitter with the cascades or centennial, Amarillo at 5 and dry hop if you have enough. Bittering hops at 60, 30, maybe 15.

Right now I'm leaning toward a 5 gal batch of Smoked Porter plus a 10 gal batch of IPA. I would need to get some more Munich for Smoked Porter and some more 2-row for the IPA.

5 gal Smoked Porter

6# smoked (Weyermann)
4# Munich
0.5# chocolate rye
0.5# Crystal 60
0.25# Black Patent

hops: Willamette

yeast: US-05

10 gal IPA

22# 2-row
1# crystal 60
0.5# carapils

hops: Centennial, Cascade, Willamette, Amarillo

yeast: US-05

If you like the SN Tumbler is uses smoked malts. I personally think it is a great Brown Ale. Just a thought...

5 Gallon Recipe Sierra NevadaTumbler Clone
ABV 5.8%

0.75 lb Chocolate Malt
1.0 lb Crystal 80
7.0 lb 2 row
2.0 lb smoked malt ( the light smoked version if possible, otherwise drop 1lb smoked, an add 1 lb 2 row)

1 oz Cluster @60 minutes
1 oz Cascade@ 15 minutes

I use ESB 1968 for all of my brews, so select something close in attenuation or modify recipe.

I add two tsp of Gypsum to fortify my water, and Irish Moss @15 minutes

EDIT: This recipe is really simple, but makes a very nice Brown Ale
