Hey everybody, just joined the site! I've been researching home brewing for a few months now, and nearly every question i've googled has led me here, so I thought I would join.

I'm in the process of building my first kit and hopefully in a month or so I'll be brewing my first batch! I welcome any and all advice you guys can offer...

welcome! that's pretty much how i joined as well.

as for your first brew, brandon o's graff is a pretty easy intro to the brewing process. it's a tasty cider.

if you don't like ciders much, i would go with a brown ale or american pale ale. these kits tend to turn out pretty well.
