Got a small chest freezer I use with a STC-1000 for a fermentation chamber. It's worked beautifully for the last 6 months. Now it stinks pretty bad every time I open it.
Last time I took the carboys out, I noticed a little white fuzz (mold) on the walls. I was kinda afraid to use harsh chemicals, so I wiped it down with a rag soaked in oxyclean and then used star-San.
New batches are fermenting in the freezer and it still reeks. The gf is starting to complain. Any advice?
