Has anyone seen a video of a professional brewer making 1-pint batches?

Somewhere I saw the video and now I forget where it was.

I have 5 pounds of heirloom emmer wheat malt that could be mixed with 2-row for experiments. It will not be easy to locate again. The WAG for a basic proportion is 40% emmer, 60% 2-row. Other suggestions are welcome.

I would like to try it with and without hops, no-hop with seeds of paradise, hopped honey malt, and no-hop with honey. That is at least 5 variations from only 5 pounds.

Try 1gal brewing, seems a bit easier to do and if its good you'll have a little extra and if bad you have enough to tweak it.
