Might as well toss it, since you're sure to have a beer-like product in the works. ;)

In all reality, given all the foibles you mentioned, it will more than likely be beer. It won't be the greatest beer in the history of mankind, and you may develop an infection (unless you're incredibly lucky, in which case I demand you buy my Lottery tickets from now on), but as long as you carbonate properly & drink it fairly soon, it should still be drinkable.

The temperature change isn't too incredibly drastic, so I'd say you should be fine in that realm. Sanitation, well you already know what I'm going to say about that...as for hydrometers, get yourself a Wine Thief ASAP. Saves you time and headaches.

Beer is two weeks old now am so tempted to open lid & see if i have a infection or not hate to waste more time & find out its gone bad not to mention my first time prepping for bottling & maybe a no go after sanitizing bottles & caps etc.

I would just take through to the end. Starting this hobby is kind of clumsy you'll make a lot of mistakes but it will still be beer. Just call it a practice batch. I'm on somewhere around my 50th practice batch right now.

Thanks Devilbrewer seen in posts no need to rack to secondary so time will hopefully help me from getting ill on my first brew
