No, I think ‘scheisswetter’ is the correct literal description, in meteorologically technical terms. I’ve used that term more than once, even if grammatically questionable .

The best part was when I realized he had used it as seven different parts of speech, including noun, verb, adjective, infinitive, past and future tense, and transitive verb.
