Hot habanero cheddar, and deep fried cheesesticks

Made this habanero and jalapeno cheddar a month or two ago. Opened it up today to make cheese sticks for college foot ball watching.

I used annatto to make it orange, but again (3rd time in a row) the annatto failed. Not sure what's gone wrong with that stuff, but I now have a new container. Cheddar ended up an unsatisfying white. Sticks were awesome (froze them before frying. Coating is cornstarch/flour, then eggs, then panko bread crumbs. I should have including a picture of the cheese ooze, next time

Univ of FL. I'm not much of a football fan, but watch in support of one of my kids that graduated from there. Also watched much of the Clemson game (with different son )
