Hose water in hot wort :(

That would depend on what you mean by "hose water".

A little water from a garden hose isn't a problem. Especially if the wort was still hot.

Yes garden hose. Wort was still over 200. About 3 gallons.

If you dumped in a gallon of water, it would have an effect. Don't sweat a few spoonfulls.

I just had the same thing happen to me, only a couple teaspoons give or take. The wort was plenty hot still. I bottled this batch a couple days ago and the hydro sample tasted fine.
