Does anyone know how long an unopened bag of leaf hops from Hop Union (Cluster) will last in the fridge? I have two bags that have been in the fridge for about 2-3 months now and I would like to use them.

I only ask because I usually buy my ingredients and brew within a few days...
They're fine. Most brew stores have them in fridges anyway.
But a freezer would be better for longer time storage.

I store mine in the freezer as well.
I buy 8oz+ bags of hops. When I've opened a bag and used some hops, I roll the end back up, put it in a ziplock bag, squeeze the air out, and put it back in the freezer. So far, so good!
