Hey so I am getting ready to brew up a new batch and am wondering if there is any reason why I need to remove the boiled hop pellets from my wort before adding it to my primary? I was thinking I would just leave it all in there and just leave it behind when I transfer to secondary...any thought

You don't need to remove them. I throw my hops straight into the boil, and when cooling and transferring, whirlpool the wort and siphon from the side of the kettle to lessen the amount sediment to the trub. If you have a fermenter large enough that you aren't worried about the amount of sediment, I wouldn't sweat it. Leave them in there.

You can leave them in...you may want to put in a blow-off tube though...hops have a habit of clogging up airlocks during fermentation if you don't have much headspace in the fermenter.
