I'm planning on brewing an IPA this weekend to clean out some of the ingredients I've had hanging around for awhile. My grains are going to be 2 row and Thomas Fawcett Amber. I haven't decided if it will be a single or double yet, so I'm not sure on the amounts yet. I have several hops in the freezer and was looking for suggestions on what combinations would work well together.

Amarillo 3 oz
Cascade 2 oz
Citra 1 oz
Columbus 0.6 oz
Liberty 4 oz
Mosaic 1 oz
Northern brewer 0.8 oz
Pearle 1 oz
Sazz 0.3 oz
Warrior 1 oz

Citra mosaic dry hop and whirlpool with columbus bittering. I'm weird and actually enjoy a more bitter ipa over floral or spicy though. I've even used small amounts of columbus to dry hop (like a 3:1 ratio with cascade or mosaic) with nice results. It gives the hop character more of the bite that I like instead of the buttery smoothness that's all the rage these days.
