Hi! I'm planning on making an attempt at making cheese soon boys and girls! I wanted to make "honey chevre" as it's one of the Lady-friends favorites, however, all the recipes online that I have found have been for blending premade chèvre with honey...anyone have any experience with this? I appreciate your input!
