If you are handy you can make it yourself for half the price. Search HBT "make a chiller", all the different types to fit you needs. Cheers:)
 
I wasn't able to find anything really solid from any other posts about this company. I'll probably buy it anyway.

I looked into making it myself, when it comes down to it, it's worth 20 bucks to have someone else do it for me. I only make things when it saves a good amount of money, such as a stir plate or mash tun.
 
If you don't go too fancy, just copper tubing, vinyl tubing, hose clamps, a hose/nipple fitting and a faucet adapter you can make one for less than $50. When you add shipping to the premade chiller you are talking at least $80. So I see a savings of over $30.

I made one with 2 sections of 20'. One half goes in the wort and the other in a pot with ice water.
