Ok, weird thing I've noticed about my homebrew. Especially when drinking my kegged beer I notice the glass gets more sticky than a commercial beer. If I pour a pint with a nice head, and nice lacing I am happy. However, that lace sticks around long after the pint is in my belly. Also, it seems to have a thicker film on the glass if left overnight unwashed than a purchased craft brew.

Anyone else notice this? Perhaps unfiltered proteins or the like?

Think I'll have one this moment and ponder this...

That’s because your beer is more natural. All of the gunk is not filtered out... hence more sticky proteins and residue.

If you want to avoid this...
1) Invest in an expensive filter.
2) Rinse your glass when you’re finished.
