Home bar/brewery staging area

I'll be changing this old kitchen area over to a bar and brewing storage/cleaning/staging area. I'm looking into a utility sink and other shelving for storage. I can't find any plans or pictures for something like this. Has anyone done something this or have seen anything like it? Attached are pics of the space I'll be using.

Damn man, i would LOVE a place like that... all my brewery stuff is outside in the shed in the backyard, except for the kegerator...
Now just look into electric brewing and that place will be a goldmine!

I've considered electric. I don't mind brewing outside just need more of a place to store things and be part man cave. It's good space, I just want to utilize it in the right way.
