Hello guys !
I want to make my first lager. My GF love the holsten festbock I think it's a nice beer also. I looked around and could not find any clone.
I think it's more of a Altbier than a festbock but I could be wrong, If it's the case it must be a hybrid yeast.
The beer is on the sweet side with a very strong molasses taste and some Caramel. Malt heavy in mouth almost syrupy.
If I can make a sweet ~7% abv beer with strong Molasse taste and some caramel note I would be very happy. Any Idea where to start ?
This beer is anything but hoppy by the way
