Hello from down here.
Been lurking for a bit and soaking up some good info. Thanks everyone.
I've done 18 brews since August, BIAB, 10L batches on the stovetop, all grain or partial if I'm in a hurry.

Currently fermenting a Dunkelweizen and an Amber ale.
Planning a black IPA, Red IPA and a Vienna/Simcoe smash.

How is it hanging forking down there :) 10L batch is like what 0.5gal? i had more than that tonight (in the matter of fact much more)
