Found this vibrant site whilst researching the topic of secondary fermentation. I have been homebrewing for several years, gradually moving from simple kits through extract brewing and now on to all grain which I am quite new to. I have had some great successes and a (very) few dismal failures - seems to be with wheat beers for some reason. Looking forward to learning lots from you.
