I live in the breadbasket of the northwest, surrounded by grain. So what better place to brew beer!
I have been extract brewing for about 4 or 5 years, and made a few good brews but nothing to write home about.
I just started experimenting with AG brewing and I've been making 1 gallon recipe test batches. My first two failed due to operator error I've currently got a blonde ale and an IPA sitting in their primaries. All their stats have looked good thus far and I'm hoping they turn out tasty!
