HERMS coil exit RTD probe Questions ?
1. If I put a RTD probe on the my HERMS exit via a SS t fitting, it would control the HTL burner?
2. How would I then control my initial strike temp? Lower the fitting below HTL exit and have it connected to the HERMS coil exit?
3. If Im doing a HERMS recirculation mash, then I don't need to have direct fire / temp control on the mash tun, correct?
4. Lastly if the above is all possible , how would I raise my HTL water to sparge temp? Do I stop recirculating and then rise to sparge temp?
help obviously needed
