I am new to the forums. Just started kegging today. I got sick of bottling. Anyways. I put my beer in the keg today and I went to purge the oxygen and put the co2 on and my tank was empty. Can I let the beer sit in fridge overnight and purge the o2 tomorrow?

Do you have a choice....?

If you can't get gas till tomorrow, I would just leave it where it is till you get some. No sense oxidizing it more by doing another transfer.

Thanks. Yea I am gonna leave it in the fridge and try not to lose sleep over it. It's a double ipa and it smelled incredible. I don't want it to get ruined

I'm a newbie and my first batch isnt even complete yet and my set up is for kegging. I'm curious how your beer turned out if I ever run into that situation.
