So I am going to be making an American Pale Ale / IPA this weekend out of some leftovers I have lying around.

Grain bill is probably going to be:

10# 2 Row
1# Crystal 60
0.5# Flaked Red Wheat
0.5# Flaked Rye

I was initially going to use just Simcoe and Warrior but not sure if that would be wise.

I have on hand:

2oz Simcoe
2oz Warrior
2oz Zythos
1oz Columbus

If you were hopping this recipe what would your schedule be?

Maybe???:
60 minute- 1 oz zythos
10 minute- 1 oz zythos
FO- 1 oz simcoe

I think warrior/bittering and columbus/flavor and aroma, or zythos/bittering and simcoe/flavor, or columbus and zythos together. Warrior is really your only 1 trick pony, it needs to be the bittering. The other 3 you could put wherever. If I was going to dryhop i would pick simcoe.
