I've posted before about this wine but just decided to let it sit and mellow.
went to check it today and it went from being brilliantly clear to opaque and murky looking
that's problem number 1.
number two is that it is a bit on the flat and flabby side taste wise. should I consider adding some acid blend and or oak?
