OK so i had a bunch of ingredients left so i thought I would chuck them all together and make a franken-beer...
Its a 10 gallon batch , OG was 1.50 and I split into 2 - 5 gallon batches 1 on saf ale 05 and the other on 04. fermenting at 64 F right now and bubbling away.
Fermentables include:
15 lbs 2 row
1 lb crystal 40
1lb special b
.5 lb flaked corn
.2lb flaked rice
.25 chocolate malt
hops
60 mins .5 oz Magnum
15 mins 1 oz Columbus
I call it Brusslin Red Cream ale ....even though it turned out more brown . My brew software says 14 srm..
I mashed at 154 for 60 mins if that makes a difference.
Anyway. Just looking for any advice on what style this might be similar to.
thanks in advance for the help..
