Help on finding a tail piece

Hey guys, so I bought a kegerator where the tubing is setup for a 1/2 barrel. I plan on connecting corny kegs and thus have to do a little hose conversion. The shank that came with the kegerator doesn't have a flat surface to mount a tail piece too rather it has a 3/16 threaded piece directly off it. Basically like a threaded nipple off the back. What can I use to connect to that and then have a 90 degree bend with a 3/16 barbed end on the other end for the hose?? I was looking on NB and all I could find was the flat mount tail piece and I don't think that will work. I tried to attach a picture for reference. Thanks for your help.

So just to be clear, you are suggesting I replace the whole piece?

It seems to be a non-standard piece. I would either go to the hardware store and try and find something that works or replace it.

You might be able to use a Dremel to cut that piece off flush. Then use a typical nut, barbed tail piece, and rubber washer setup.
