Hi, been lurking around here for a while absorbing lots of info. I currently have my 7th(?) extract batch in the primary (Scottish light ale). I normally keg (after my first batch I decided that bottling was too much of a PITA). Looking to get started with all grain. I'm from nc. Just thought I'd say hey

Hahaha! (It's brew night so I've had a few...) I was reading this thread and was kinda caught off guard...

Oh yeah the kegging after the first batch was a "crazy" coincidence also
