New member, long time lurker, decided to get my hands wet and or purple with grapes. Have made beer in the past but since then have found a love/respect for wine and hard ciders!
Looking foward to conversing with you pros! Bought all my equiptment, sugar, yeast, ect. to make some "EdWorts Apfelwein" this weekend!:rockin: I am very excited! Will also start some red wine next week!

Welcome fellow Tennessean. I do some wine kits, but it is just the cheap blush wine kits. We have a decentamount of Tennessean's around here. Good luck with the Apfelwein, I made it and it was okay after 18 months. If you decide you want to brew some beer just let me know, I do group brew.
