Hello from SoCal

Hey everyone,

I thought I would introduce myself, seeing as I've been lurking around the forums without posting for the last month or so. A belated thank you goes out to everyone who unknowingly helped me in my first two batches (one all extract and one with steeped specialty grains).

I've learned what feels like a lot so far from these forums, as well as from slip ups during my brew/bottling days. But, as I've come to realize, it's just best to Chill Out, Don't Trip and Have a Home Brew.

Looking forward to the journey ahead.
