Hello all!
I'm new to the forum but I've been brewing beer for 19 years and wine, mead and cider for about 5 years. Despite my experience I feel I have a lot to learn and I constantly question all aspects of my brewing process in order to improve. I first got interested in brewing when I was 18 and bought my first kit with my 21st birthday money. It's been quite the journey! I now do brewing demos at my lhbs where I meet some great people. We're currently forming a club and our 1st meeting is next Monday! I look forward to learning from everyone here and I will gladly share anything I have learned and I am always open to suggestions and constructive criticism.
Cheers,
Joe T.
