I've been reading a lot on here for a while so I figured it was time I register and post a few things myself. I'm a beginning brewer and winemaker and really enjoying it. I'm extract brewing right now but interested in how to improve and eventually go to all-grain, kegging, etc. Just tried my hand at winemaking this fall and enjoying it.
Right now on the beer side I've got an IPA in the primary fermenter, and some Irish Stout and Pale Ale in the fridge. For wine I've got a burgundy made from a kit in the cellar, a riesling from a kit in the primary, and my first try at strawberry wine in the secondary. Also I just bottled some hard apple cider, my take on the popular apfelwein recipe.
