Hi everyone, I've been lurking on this forum for a while and thought I should join and start contributing. I'm getting back into brewing after taking a break for 10 years. My first batch was brewed over 25 years ago with a Cooper lager kit.
Still working on building my new system. It is almost finished. Still need to finish the control panel some tig welds welds. Here is a picture, I call it a Burgess 50. Burgess is the name of the guy who I copied this design from, and it's designed for 50 liter batches.
