Greetings all (from St. Louis).
I'm a brewing nerd, using most of my free time to explore brewing techniques, styles, recipes and history. I have been home brewing for 15 years and am now developing recipes for a local winery - dipping my toes in larger scale brewing.
My home system is a half-BBL 3 tier gas fired Blichmann HERMS system with a couple SS Brewtech Chronical fermenters using an SS Brewtech glycol chiller.
Someday I hope to open a brew pub.
