I just recently got into brewing, with my first batch an American Cream Ale, that turned out well, except for the fact I didnt fill the bottles properly and the beer spoiled rather quickly. After that I made a saison, discovering my love for that style of beer. After that a stout, and now another Saison, this time all grain in progress. Im looking at getting an SS brewtech 7gal fermenter used for around 250 and will continue to enjoy brewing different styles of beer.
